Complaints & Appeals

Master Plumbers Association of SA Inc is dedicated to providing quality training to Students, however should a student experience a grievance or issue, we have support and complaints processes in place.

A complaint or appeal could relate to the training, information provided, course assessment or the application for a special consideration.

We recommend that students, in the first instance attempt to resolve the issue by liaising with the RTO Manager, Trainer, Assessor, or any other Staff Member involved.

If a satisfactory outcome is not reached through this process, a formal complaint may be lodged.
