Master Plumbers Association of South Australia Inc is currently seeking industry representatives to provide input into the delivery of our VET in Schools training programs.
Master Plumbers Association of South Australia Inc is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO: 40070), predominantly providing VET in Schools training to secondary school students.
Our VET in Schools program currently includes:
• CPC10111 Certificate I in Construction
• D2C Plumbing Plus (units from CPC32612 Certificate III in Roof Plumbing)
As an RTO, we are required to consult with industry to gain input into our training and to ensure it is relevant to current industry needs.
For MPA to comply with the RTO Standards, we are currently seeking industry representatives who are interested in using their knowledge and experience to provide feedback for the training we are delivering.
Representatives can include plumbers / construction industry workers,
The process for this feedback will involve a short survey, which will ask for feedback and input into topics, including:
• The relevance of units of competency / course topics • The course duration
• The mode of study
• The skills and knowledge Trainers and Assessors hold • The resources used
This consultation is extremely important as it ensures the training we are providing to students will meet the requirements and quality the industry expects in the future.
